The Palace Hotel – Leadership Gold 1 Day
Coach Jasmine and Asst. Coach April were invited to do a full day Leadership Workshop for 11 Heads of Department at the Palace Hotel on 5th April’23 Wednesday between 9am – 5pm.
Participants went through 3 leadership modules which included Leaders are Communicators, Leaders are Team builders and Leaders are Made, not Born. Within the modules, participants were taught the importance of communication within the team and understanding one’s own communication language. Participants also went through some productivity hacks to enable their team to be more efficient, and most importantly, learnt that to be truly profitable, it’s not about focusing on the bottom line, but focusing on growing your people.
