On 28th June’23, KTI Property Sdn. Bhd. invited Coach Jasmine and Coach April to give a training on How to be a R.E.A.L Success based on Maxwell’s material of the same name.
The 20++ Sales Team members all attended with great expectations on how they could do better in the 2nd half of the year and meet their targets as set by management. They learnt about ‘Relationships’, and how to better their client relationships and meet clients’ needs, ‘Equipping’, how to equip themselves not just with information and knowledge but with soft skills of communication, ‘Attitude’ – how the right attitude is the key indicator to a relationship and ‘Leadership’ – how to lead themselves better first, instead of just focusing on the outcome.
