Sabah Energy Coporation - Communication Skills Workshop (22nd Oct'23)
Sabah Energy Corporation invited Coach Jasmine and Coach April for a half-day Communication Programme for 105 of the team, towards the end of their annual retreat! Even the CEO was present at the sessions and participated fully!
Due to the size of the groups, Coach Jasmine and Coach April revised the programme and topics to suit the group size and made it a fun team building activity too! The three topics we focused on were:
- Communication Goes Beyond Words
- Communicators Listen before they Lead
- Communicating Always Requires Energy
All three topics went well and groups were given prizes for top teamwork and success in the activities!
