Hearts & Minds Development Centre Sdn. Bhd. invited IEC Maxwell Leadership Team to collaborate on a teambuilding race around KK city on 16th June’23 for a client who had flown all the way from KL for their 3-day Leadership course.

The team put together a ‘getting to know KK’ route which included historical sites like the Atkinson Clock Tower, Pillars of Sabah, Sabah Tourism Board building, City memorial park as well as the iconic Blue marlin statue before heading back to the Hilton Hotel. Each of the pit stops included leadership tasks and assignments as a review of their last 6 months leadership journey with Hearts & Minds trainers.
