Shangri-La Rasa Ria Resort Leadership Team continued their 6 month Leadership Gold journey with a face to face session on 15th August 2023 which will be followed up with 1on1 coaching sessions with Head Coach Jasmine this month.
Though the resort was at an all-time high occupancy rate the leaders still took time out to invest in themselves and grow their leadership and communication skills!
We went through 8 chapters of Leadership Gold including time management and organisational tool hacks shared by Assistant Coach April Lee.
