STAR invited Coach Jasmine and Coach April for a 2-fullday Communication Skills and Guests’ Profiling/ Anticipation program to peals of laughter, self-discovery and massive learning curve in self-leadership, self-confidence and self-awareness.
They learnt more about themselves and their colour temperaments and how to identify and communicate with guests based on their colours and similarities rather than focus on their differences.
