Empowering Strengths and Team Synergy: A Leadership Workshop
Tong Hing Supermarket Sdn. Bhd. invited Coach Jasmine and team to help with Strengths profiling and assessing the team through understanding their colour temperaments as well as their strengths and what each member bring to the team. Venue was the beautifully up to date Hyatt Centric which was very conducive for the workshop!
Apart from the colours temperament, Coach Jasmine went through 2 chapters from Leadership Gold “Get in the Zone and Stay There” and “Don’t Put Your Ducks in Eagle School” all about focusing on strengths of a person and positioning them in the right place so that they thrive and succeed.
